The British Heart Foundation (BHF) discovered that drinking more than 25 cups of coffee a day has no bearing on your likelihood of suffering from a heart attack.
The study included over 8,000 coffee drinkers, ranging from individuals who drink less than one cup a day up to more than three. The study followed up with coffee candidates ten years later, debunking any claims that high coffee consumption has any impact on your arteries.
The 2018 study leads researchers to believe that the caffeinated beverage actually boosts chances of longevity- even for those drinking 8 cups a day!

Coffee drinkers should be encouraged to keep their mugs full! Other studies have claimed that coffee improves how the body uses insulin, decreases risk of diabetes and reduces inflammation.
